OVERALL MASTER PLAN
This project is purely based on leisure and supporting activities. This complex houses resort with restaurant, residential cottages and dormitories, open pavilions, lawn and swimming pools for outdoor activities. Indigenous plants have been used for extensive landscaped area. Water harvesting and catch dams are used for water conservation and use it for landscaped areas. Existing flora is undisturbed and used as an integral part of built space design. This project is awarded juries’ recommendation award for best environmental and eco-friendly design by AESA in 2002.
