the auditorium complex is part of the public amenity which has been developed by Thane Municipal Corporation. the complex houses 1200 capacity auditorium, mini theatre for 200 capacity, audio visual hall for 200 capacity along with music library, canteen, administration, vip lounge, commercial space and two level parking. Commercial space of 7500 sq. ft has been designed, the rent from which will be used to mitigate the maintenance needs of the Auditorium.
