  • The company is active in the fields of Architectural, Interior & Landscape Design, campus planning & urban design as well as valuation of immovable properties and Real estate appraisals & Technical Appraisals for last twenty years.
  • The company is involved in the Design & Planning aspect of project. The company does not undertake contracting responsibility; but its supervisory control is mandatory in most of the projects. The company undertakes projects where project management consultancy is necessary and requested by the Owner.
  • As a result of persistent and continual efforts towards professional excellence, MCPL has recently been awarded the prestigious ISO 9001-2015 Certification by Det Norske Vertitas (DNV) - The Netherlands.
  • The company is not keen in being specialized in any particular type of design, but believes in specializing in “DESIGN” itself. The company has undertaken and completed all kinds of projects from various branches of Architecture viz. Architectural, Interior Design, Landscape Design, Campus designing etc.
  • The company conducts Technical appraisals to ascertain buildable potency and to help feasibility studies & analysis. It also conducts real estate appraisals of immovable properties for a variety of purposes viz. sale, stamp duty, wealth tax, standard rent, damage assessment, capital gains, visa etc.
  • The company has completed wide range of projects of various kinds and has projects in far reaching places. It believes strongly in providing services at sites, irrespective of the geographical location.
  • The company believes in cost efficiency rather than cost reduction and has so far achieved the goal. The approach towards design and execution is methodical, developed as a result of experience and is unconventional; the same has resulted in well-designed buildings, with assured optimum quality and timely execution.
